海外宣教资助六原则 郑璧卿牧师 2025年9月28日 「这天国的福音要传遍天下，对万民作见证，然后末期才来到。」太24:14 教会和信徒应当固定、乐意把金钱奉献在福音圣工上，因为那是执行大使命的一个管道。而我们也是神钱财的管家，故在资助海外宣教工场这件事上，除了热忱，也要有智慧。以下是我们教会海外宣教的六原则： 1. 通过当地可靠的长期同工 教会要避免盲目地资助海外事工，必须亲身到那里、亲眼观察，并与那里的福音同工建立密切和彼此信任的同工关系。一旦失去信任，我们可能会间接地拦阻本土教会的发展。 2. 要求资助的对象做适当的交帐 资助一方和接受资助者都需要向神交帐；但同时，当地同工也需要向资助者交代，资助的教会也需要向她的会众交代。我们不应当视交代为不信任，因为基督徒本该是诚实正直的人、乐于为我们所受托的事务交帐。 3. 避免资助个人事工 海外宣教机构一般会要求本土同工定期呈报他们的工作“成绩表”，比如带领多少人查经、举办多少个福音会等，才继续给予资助。这无形中造成本土同工不鼓励信徒到教会去接受牧养，从而拦阻了信徒的成长。 4. 资助方式不应导致教会长期处于被喂养状态 教会成熟的第一步就是能自立供养自己的牧者。所以，本土教会必须逐渐增加奉献来照顾牧者的生活。一个教会若长期依赖海外教会的资助，自己不学习奉献，就会软弱无力。 5. 不只给予金钱资助，也要提供其他帮助 金钱不是宣教工场的教会唯一所需要的帮助，资助教会的探访和祷告往往是本土教会所期待和珍惜的。这个世界讲究速度和方便，但教会健康成长所需要的代价和过程是不能用金钱来简化或加速的。 6. 考虑本土同工在当地社区的声望 在一些贫穷的发展中国家，当本土同工得到海外资助购买汽车或房子时，可容易导致当地村民以为他们为中饱私囊传福音，出卖了当地宗教，因此对同工产生厌恶或仇恨，以致拒绝福音。 以上六点是我们在海外宣教上经年累月所累积的智慧。让我们使用之与神所赐的财力把福音传扬开来。
